Legal Counsel
Ben Hansky serves as Legal Counsel at Main Sequence, bringing a wealth of legal expertise to the firm and ensuring that investments are strategically structured and aligned with industry best practice. He provides legal support for every aspect of Main Sequence’s ongoing operations, including the formation of funds in Australia and other key jurisdictions, such as the USA. He also assists with ongoing legal and operational compliance, governance, and risk framework development.
Ben has extensive experience in capital raising and commercial transactions from his time at LUNA Startup Studio where he served as the Legal Team Manager and Senior Lawyer. He spent seven years advising startups, VCs and ecosystem supporters on a wide range of commercial legal matters while contributing to the broader development of LUNA as a business. He also completed seasonal clerkships at both Arnold Bloch Leibler and Sladen Legal.
Ben holds dual Bachelor of Laws and Arts degrees from Monash University.
